First time writing out a recipe so forgive me if it sounds off. Serves 2 people. 2 slices of Ezekiel tortilla wraps(let sit out for at least 20 mins to dry out). 1 whole green bell pepper chopped into thin slices. 2 cups of chopped Swiss chard. 2-3 cloves of chopped and peeled garlic. 1-1/2 tbspn of extra virgin olive oil. 1-2 tbspn dried oregano. 10 slices of “pepperoni”. (any pizza topping desired is fine) 1 cup low sodium pasta sauce or homemade which is always better. Heat skillet w/ 1 tbspn of evoo add garlic and cook till soft. Add Swiss chard cook till soft (abt 3-5mins) then add bell pepper and cook till tender (5-8mins) sprinkle 1 tbspn of oregano. Stir veggies and let sit for a couple mins to let flavors infuse together. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spoon about 3/4 cup of sauce on tortillas evenly. Sprinkle sea salt and onion powder for taste. Add veggies to tortillas evenly as well as pepperoni slices. I did 5 on each pizza. Take rest of evoo (1/2 tbspn), oregano (1 tbspn) and sprinkle onto both pizzas. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 mins. Once done let cool for at least 10-15 mins. This will aid in the ingredient flavors’ to really mix together and enhance the flavor. But that is my preference.
